Now the knives are finished it is time to get some sheathes done so they can be carried around safely. I didn't get too many photos of the sheath making process but there is a good tutorial at Chiro75's site http://www.chiro75knives.com/tutorials/plasticsheath/plasticsheathtutorial.html.

After this it was a matter of drilling the holes for the chigago screws and then cutting them down to shape a little more with the hacksaw and a final shaping on the grinder. After all that was done I washed all the plastic dust out with some soapy water and they were ready for final assembly.
